The transition of MTD
MTD wants to reuse millions of litres of residual water by dealing with water smartly throughout the year. Together with MTD we have set up the Waterbank, a connecting platform of supply and demand for residual water.
The approach of Second Company
Due to a large event with over 100 aldermen, MTD needed a MvP of the Water Bank to be delivered within one month. This is an extremely short turnaround time. This is why the exact needs of MTD at that moment had to be examined very carefully, without compromising the possibilities for further development in the future.
Within one week Second Company’s design was on MTD’s table. Second Company then delivered the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) in close cooperation with MTD. Subsequently the event went better than expected. The parties present made various agreements and plenty of signatures were exchanged. MTD was happy and so was Second Company. Now we’re busy expanding the platform.
With the help of Second Company, we were able to quickly make use of a platform where supply and demand of residual water come together.
